We take punctuality seriously. If your assigned cab is delayed, our support team is immediately notified and will contact you proactively. We will arrange an alternate vehicle at no additional cost and keep you updated every step of the way. You can also call us directly for immediate assistance.
In the rare event of a vehicle breakdown, your driver will immediately contact our operations team. We will dispatch a replacement vehicle to your location as quickly as possible. Your safety is our first priority — the driver will ensure you are in a safe location while the replacement is arranged, and there will be no additional charge to you for the inconvenience.
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled trip are completely free of charge. If you cancel within 24 hours of the trip, a cancellation fee will apply based on the booking value. No-shows (not appearing at the pickup point) may be charged the full fare. For any cancellation, simply contact us via WhatsApp or phone.
